These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) regulate the services provided through InBeauty.se, a web platform for the beauty industry, operated by Nordic Webspot, on the website www.inbeauty.se (“the Website”) in an agreement between Nordic Webspot (“the Provider”) on the one side, and the individual or entity ordering and receiving the Provider’s services (“the Customer”) on the other side. The Provider and the Customer are hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”. The agreement regarding the services provided by the Provider to the Customer through the Website is hereafter referred to as “the Agreement”.
1. General
1.1. These Terms apply to the Agreement between the Provider and the Customer.
1.2. Provisions in the Agreement or annexes to the Agreement that deviate from these Terms shall take precedence over these Terms.
1.3. These Terms constitute an integrated part of the Agreement. A Customer can be a legal adult individual or a legal entity.
2. The Provider’s Service
2.1. The Provider’s service consists of providing a pre-built website for beauty salons, including texts and images. This service is offered in three different packages depending on the customer’s needs and wishes: Basic, Boost, and Business.
2.2. The Provider commits to performing the services according to the package chosen by the Customer. Each package contains specific features and services designed to meet various stages and requirements in the Customer’s business.
Basic: Includes a single-page website, a domain under InBeauty.se, professional photos, premium web design, and the option for one change of brand colors and font.
Boost: Includes everything in Basic, plus Instagram integration, video background, professional email signature, and unlimited changes of brand colors and font.
Business: Includes everything in Basic and Boost, plus a multi-page website, the option to connect your own domain, live chat integration, SEO optimization for pages, and Google My Business setup.
2.3. The Customer chooses the package that best fits their needs at the beginning of the ordering process. Detailed descriptions and pricing information for each package are available on InBeauty.se to assist the Customer in their selection.
3. Changes to the Service
3.1. The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or replace services during the contract period.
3.2. The Customer may request additional services or add-ons, which become binding after written approval from the Provider.
3.3. For additional orders, the Provider is entitled to compensation according to the current price list, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Compensation
4.1. The compensation is determined according to the Provider’s price list unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. The compensation may include both fixed and variable fees, paid in advance or as a one-time fee.
5. Invoicing and Payment
5.1. The compensation is invoiced in advance for the coming period. Payment is made through Stripe (stripe.com), a secure and established platform for online payments, supporting a variety of payment methods including credit cards. Customers can choose between monthly or annual subscription options, and there is an initial setup fee for starting the service.
5.2. By using Stripe for payment transactions, the Provider ensures a high level of security for the Customer’s payment details. The Customer is guided through the payment process on the Provider’s website at the time of ordering.
5.3. Detailed billing information, including a specification of the services the Customer has chosen, the total amount due, the initial setup fee, and the selected subscription plan, will be available in the payment flow through Stripe.
5.4. The Customer is obligated to pay even if the services have not been utilized due to circumstances related to the Customer. If a payment for some reason is not successfully completed, the Provider will inform the Customer and provide instructions on how to proceed to complete the payment.
5.5. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies, allowing Customers to cancel their subscription within 30 days of the start date for a full refund of the initial setup fee and any subscription fees paid. This guarantee is designed to provide Customers with peace of mind and satisfaction with their purchase.
5.6. For any questions related to invoicing, payment, the money-back guarantee, or the subscription options, the Customer is encouraged to contact the Provider’s customer service. Contact information is available on InBeauty.se.
5.7. Kunden har rätt att säga upp sin prenumeration före dagen för nästa planerade betalning. Detta innebär att kunden aktivt kan avbryta sin prenumerationstjänst utan att nästa periodens avgift dras. För att säkerställa en smidig avslutning av prenumerationen bör kunden meddela sitt avbrytande i god tid före den planerade betalningsdagen, för att undvika eventuella missförstånd eller oavsiktliga debiteringar. 6. The Provider’s Commitments
6.1. The Provider commits to performing the service professionally and in accordance with the Agreement.
6.2. The Provider is responsible for optimizing the Customer’s web presence without guaranteeing specific results.
6.3. In case of delay or deficiency in the service, the Provider shall correct this after a complaint from the Customer.
7. Operation and Maintenance
7.1. The Provider is responsible for prompt troubleshooting following reported operational disturbances.
7.2. The Provider is not responsible for operational interruptions caused by the Customer or factors beyond the Provider’s control.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The total liability of the Provider is limited to the amount paid by the Customer.
